Do you miss the old drive-in theatre weekend flea market? Then you will want to head over to Shoal Creek Fest Saturday, May 25 from 10-6. The flea market of Shoal Creek will be held at the cool and contemporary Shoal Crossing Events Center nestled in at Mopac and 183.
Summer = Free Bowling, who knew? AMF Bowling has already started its Summer Unplugged program as of May 13. This program allows kids to bowl up to two games per day, for free, all summer long (shoe rental not included). Come celebrate the weird and wonderful Toy Joy, for the final day before their move at their Auction House and Tent Sale this Monday, May 27 at 10 am. The brightly colored Austin icon has spent over 20 years at their current location on the drag. The move is prompted by a need for more space, and its new location will be in a cool hub in the 2nd Street District with 2-hour parking validation and a downtown vibe.
