Celebrate Austin’s favorite furry flying friends at the 17th Annual Bat Fest on Saturday, August 26 from 4 pm – 11:45 pm on the Congress Ave. Bridge! You’ll find two stages with live music, arts & crafts vendors, plenty of food & drinks, fun children’s activities, and more!

— Bat Viewing: 1.5 million Mexican free-tailed bats head out for their nightly flight, and you can hopefully see it during Bat Fest! It is hard to predict exactly when the bats will emerge, but the flight usually begins between 7 pm and 8:45 pm.

You can purchase your tickets here or at the gate (cash only on-site). Admission is $35 per person. Kids 10 and under are FREE with an adult.
