Cesar Chavez St. and the 2nd St. District will be transformed into the iconic arts festival, Art City Austin on Saturday, Apr. 12 from 10 am – 8 pm and Sunday, Apr. 13 from 11 am – 6 pm. Head downtown to celebrate art, culture and creativity with live music, artists, local food trailers, beer, cocktails, interactive art projects for all ages and more!

Tickets to fest are $12 for Saturday, $10 for Sunday, $15 for a weekend pass and children under 12 are FREE! Get your tickets here before Friday, Apr. 11 and save $2! There are also VIP options that include access to the VIP lounge and free food and drinks.

The Interactive Children’s Area will have art projects for the young at heart to do, play and explore. Kids can create African Sunsets, Tissue Paper Stained Glass Windows, masks and more. They can also be walking art with airbrushed faces and bodies and take photos in costumes from different eras and cultures. Those are just a few of the booths you can expect, but be prepared for much more!

The Austin Busker Project will also be on hand, performing on two stages – one outside the fest and one inside – for applause and tips. See all kinds of street performers including musicians, magicians, acrobats, jugglers, aerial artists and living statues.
