Explore the world without leaving Austin on Saturday, May 16 from 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. at the first annual International Multicultural Festival at the Oswaldo A.B. Cantu/Pan American Recreation Center. Join this festive celebration of international diversity and community with entertainment, food and fun. Free admission!

- 7 p.m. — Chicano Texas Performance Art by Daniel Llanes
- 7:30 p.m. — community drum performance jam by the Djembabes & Sherry Gringas

- Alternating speakers will address topics of Immigration, Cultural Diversity, Languages, Travel
- 11:45 a.m. — Ukrainian Music by Veselka Project
- 12:45 p.m. — Scandinavian music by Kim Simpson and Paul Klemperer
- 1:45 p.m. — original American folk music by Steve Ulrich
- 2:20 p.m. — Ravaan Persian Dance Company.
