Zilker Summer Musical: Singing’ In the Rain

About: A longstanding Austin tradition for 60+ years, Zilker Theatre Productions presents an annual free musical and this year is Singin’ In the Rain! Based on the beloved movie musical, Singin’ in the Rain follows silent film stars Don Lockwood and Lina Lamont as Hollywood makes the transition to talking pictures. Filled with memorable songs, lively dance numbers, plenty of comedy, and even an onstage rainstorm, it’s a family friendly musical that’s just as entertaining for adults as it is for kids. Rated G.
