Our FINAL CLASS in the series will be Saturday, Apr. 12 at 9 am, and will be for moms AND their kids of any age! Get a good workout and set a healthy example at this free and fun class. The class is free but an RSVP is appreciated to assure that everyone will have ample room to enjoy their workout. RSVP here.

Do512 Family and Castle Hill Fitness have teamed up with Total Mommy Fitness to bring moms and their families a Free Workout Series! There are four upcoming dates where you can attend a free 45-minute workout followed by refreshments from KIND bars and smoothies from The Soup Peddler.

Friday, Jan. 14, you’ll have the chance to try a new movement class for parents and their kids called Zumbini, for free! Think Zumba for littles! Two classes will be held at the Rhythm Studio, one for ages 18 months and under at 9:30 am, and another for ages 18 months – 3 years old at 10:30 am, see event details here.
