SpringFest at The Backyard in Bee Cave

If you haven’t had a chance to check out Springfest at The Backyard in Bee Cave, this is the year to do it! There will be live music, a boat expo, rides and other activities for the kids, beer and wine tasting, a BBQ cook-off, and artisan shopping. The seventh annual festival has made it even easier this year to get in on the fun by including events on the evening of Friday, April 25 in addition to a full day of festivities on Saturday, April 26.

Flashlight Easter Egg Hunt & Movie in the Park

On Thursday, Apr. 17 starting at 7:15 pm, join the Round Rock Parks and Recreation Department in Old Settlers Park for its annual Flashlight Egg Hunt. Let your flashlight be your guide to candy, eggs and prizes and then stay for a movie in the park featuring the family movie The Rise of the Guardians. Be sure to look for the golden eggs- they can be redeemed for a special prize basket!

Zach Theatre Presents: Pinocchio

ZACH Theatre presents the ageless classic Pinocchio. Meet Geppetto, a simple carpenter, who dreams of having a son, and Pinocchio, his puppet, who dreams of being a boy. Share in their adventures as Geppetto is swallowed by a whale, then cheer for Pinocchio as he searches for the courage to save him. It’s a wonderful lesson in honesty for those whose noses don’t grow every time they tell a fib, and a lovely tale of what it means to be a family.
