If your little artists want to try something new, head to the Laguna Gloria on Saturday, Sept. 13 where they can build a light sculpture! Every second Saturday of the month, The Contemporary Austin at Laguna Gloria offers hands-on art-making workshops for children ages 2 – 11. Drop in and create anytime between 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
On Saturday, kids can build a glowing sculpture using ordinary materials, inspired by artist Ursula von Rydingsvard’s sculpture, Luna, which you can view in the Betty and Edward Marcus Sculpture Park at Laguna Gloria.

Go have fun and create!
