Raindrops on roses, whiskers on kittens, The Sound of Music is one of our favorite things! And we’re so excited that a brand new touring production is making a stop in Austin at Bass Concert Hall on Tuesday, February 23 through Sunday, February 28.


Lexus Broadway in Austin, presented by Texas Performing Arts, is proud bring the national tour of this Rodgers & Hammerstein classic to Austin. The Sound of Music is directed by three-time Tony Award® winning Director Jack O’Brien. You can enjoy seeing this beloved story of Maria and the Von Trapp Family live on stage. And who wouldn’t love to listen along to the Tony®, Grammy® and Academy Award® winning Best Score, including “My Favorite Things,” “Do-Re-Mi,” “Climb Ev’ry Mountain” and “Edelweiss”? This show is sure to delight all ages!

Showtimes are Tuesday-Friday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 2 p.m. & 8 p.m., Sunday at 1 p.m. & 7 p.m.
