The 2016 SXSWedu Expo is a free event full of hands-on learning stations, interesting presentations and exhibitions, mentors, and even a talent showcase. This Expo is designed to encourage and inspire learners of all ages to identify and reach their education and career goals. you can check it out on Tuesday, Mar. 8 from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Austin Convention Center.

With the program of speakers, mentors and exhibitors celebrating lifelong learning, you’re sure to learn something new about college, science and technology, career preparation or continuing education. The event features:

–> Learning Pavilions: For learners of all ages, the Expo provides hands-on, interactive exhibits organized by theme, including:

  • Continuing & Informal Education
  • Employer
  • Health & Wellness
  • Music & Arts
  • Schools
  • Software & Resources
  • STEM

–> Mentors and Sessions: Expo visitors will have the opportunity to meet with college students and local professions who align with their interest, education and career goals. NEW for 2016, the SXSWedu Expo will feature special sessions that are almost all certified by ATPE and eligible for continuing professional education (CPE) credits.

–> NEXT Stage: SXSWedu is proud to showcase the talent of young musicians, writers and entrepreneurs representing some of the best and brightest students in Texas.
