On the second Saturday of the month, The Contemporary Austin – Laguna Gloria offers hands-on art-making workshops inspired by the exhibitions on view. This Saturday, Feb 8, they invite you to join them at Family Saturday – Tech Sounds to learn how circuits work and to create a musical piece of art in this workshop inspired by the art of Charles Long.
The workshops run from 11 am – 3 pm and include family-friendly performances, an opportunity to meet local artists, and art to make and take home. Recommended for ages 2–11. The cost is $10 for nonmembers and $5 for member families.
