— Yoga with Green Bird Fitness

Green Bird Fitness specializes in training programs for clients of all ages and fitness levels including pre and post-natal clients. They are proud to offer this all-level yoga class which will incorporate elements of yoga, pilates and instructor Lauren Whitehead’s extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Classes will meet near the playground, adjacent to the main parking lot. Please bring your own yoga mat to class. Sunday, 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. @ Chaparral Ice
Curling was all the rage at the recent Sochi Olympics. And, curling is another way to enjoy the ice that does not require skating skills. Chaparral Ice is proud to host Austin’s first Curling Club. The club welcomes new participants or just curious spectators. No experience or equipment is necessary, and all ages are welcome. If you are interested in curling as a group outing, they offer a modified version of the game that can be enjoyed by groups with no experience necessary.
