New for Family Fun

via Create! Process Art Studio

Create! Process Art Studio
2438 W Anderson Ln. Suite A-2
Create Art Studio offers classes, camps, workshops, and parties, and celebrates the JOY of making art.  Artists are free to use whatever materials call to them, and with Process Art, the emphasis is on the enjoyment of creating, rather than the final product.  We’re seeing classes offered for kids of all ages, as well as “Girl’s Night Out” events.  Check out all the details here.

Playground at Bouldin Acres Braker Lane via Bouldin Acres FB Page

— New Playground at Bouldin Acres Braker Lane
1806 W Braker Lane
Now there are playgrounds at both Boundin Acres locations, with the addition of a new play set at their Braker Lane spot.  We love the family-friendly (and dog-friendly) atmosphere at Bouldin Acres, the awesome food and drinks, and now it’s even better knowing the kids have a dedicated spot to play.

Camp Out via Instagram

Camp Out
8700 Burnet Road
Camp Out is an outdoor neighborhood eatery and patio bar located in the Allandale neighborhood of Austin, and self-describes as perfect for:

“work until happy hour
Meet up with the neighbors
kids play date
swing by for a drink
hang out for hours
don’t feel like cooking,
let’s go out
just dang good food”

We definitely highlighted the ones that most piqued our interest.  Looks like they’ll also have events coming soon.  Check out Camp Out here.
