The Omni Barton Creek Resort & Spa, a sprawling Hill Country property just outside of Austin, has always been another one of our favorites. But do take note that this resort will be closed to guests for a year starting on April 30, 2018 as the hotel undergoes a $150 million renovation. We can’t wait to see what changes and improvements are made!
